Rewards Terms & Conditions

1. This reward campaign is valid to all GE Max Plus model users, and during the Campaign Period, who have fulfilled all of the following criteria: (i) register as new Rightest CARE App user, and (ii) pair GE Max Plus blood glucose monitor to Rightest CARE App, and (iii) register meter warranty via Rightest CARE App, and (iv) give consent to a DMS Virtual Care Team.
2. Free gift can only be redeemed on-the-spot by collection at the selected Redemption Centre during the Campaign Period, upon submission of this redemption form at the selected Redemption Centre.
3. Corresponding test strips (test strip vial of 10pcs) must be offered as the redemption of ‘free item’ to its model of blood glucose monitor. As such, redemption of non-corresponding test strips is not allowed.
4. Each new Rightest Diabetes Management System (DMS) user is entitled to redeem one(1) free item (test strip vial of 10pcs) only.
5. Each new Rightest Diabetes Management System (DMS) user is limited to redeem once(1) only throughout the Campaign Period.
6. As of April 2021, this campaign is available in all CARiNG Pharmacy outlets only, which runs from 30 April 2021 to 31 May 2021.
7. Free item redemption is subject to store availability and are offered only while stocks last.
8. Free gift is not transferable or exchangeable for cash or credit of any kind.
9. For the avoidance of any doubt, Bionime Malaysia shall not be liable for any telco charges, roaming or phone charges which is to be borne by the user.
10. Bionime Malaysia reserves the right to amend and/or change the Terms and Conditions of the reward campaign at its sole & absolute discretion at any time without prior notice.
